That kind of software, a CRM, helps you to retain and grow your sales through knowing your customers. It's the kind of software that you will need to grow and accelerate your startup. It's the kind of software that will help you to have a good relation with your customers when your customers are growing, when it's impossible to know all of them. The definition of CRM, Customer Relationship Management, is a software that permits management the relationship between a company and its customers, retain the customers, knowing it, having all the interaction that that customer has had with the company and try to grow sales. My history with CRM start when one day my marketing guy says "Marty, where do you have all your customers? " And I say "Here in my mind." And he say "No, that's not possible because your mind is limited." And I say "No, here in the paper," you know writing. And he told me "What happen if you lose that paper?" And I say, "Wow, I have a problem." But also he told me "What happen if you just have an accident with your motorbike? We will lose all the customers." And he told me "We need a CRM, a Customer Relationship Management. When you call your mobile phone, they answer for your name - say 'Hi, hello, Marty. What do you want?'" And I say "Wow, how they know me?" The reason is because they are using a solution, a software, that is called a CRM. And which one can be used by your startup, by your legal tech company? There are a lot of solutions online. Here I will try to just point those that are more relevant. But what kind of solutions can be used for your legal tech company? If you are a big corporation, probably you will use Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle CRM or Salesforce. If you are a medium company or a smaller startup, probably you will use Salesforce or SugarCRM. For your startup, I recommend to check Salesforce because they have a program for startups that they give for free or for a very little amount of money their service.
