Deadlines, as you said, a lot happens when you get close to the deadline. Sometimes there are deadlines that are externally imposed wether it be the IRS deadline, or April 15th New Years for a tax year, other times there is not necessarily a deadline And so when people are trying to raise money for a company, nobody wants to be the first to invest. You want to be the last to invest. >> How is it when you are negotiating that you can create a deadline, when really there is not an artificial, there is not something real that is going to impose one for you. >> If it is perceived that there really is not a deadline, people are very hesitant, because the person that ultimately comes last, then who knows what last is? Because it goes on, and it's infinity here. See what you got to do is set up a situation where, there is a reason why this is the end point, now you can not make it arbitrary. You can not say, "Okay August 16th, that is the end." there is got to be a reason why August 16th works, because that is when hiring this person and that person, we have got to come up with some reason that is plausible and logical for the deadline, and, for the most part though, deadlines are not as firm as people realize. You know like, even I mentioned income tax filing April 15th, you can get an extension. I do not think I have filed April 15th, you know, for 20 years. I mean, I was usually out of the country and in fact. >> You get a six month extension [CROSSTALK] just for asking. >> You get a six month [CROSSTALK] automatic extension. >> It's like late check out at a hotel. >> Yeah, it's. >> You just gotta ask. >> You just gotta ask. In fact, you don't have to ask. You just do it. You just file what you owe. >> Right. Or an estimate anyway. >> Yeah. But, my point is that deadlines are more flexible than you realize, but, by the same token, if there is no deadline perceived, people will not take action. So, you have got to create some plausible reason why this is the end. See, I mean, even if you should go beyond the deadlines, the terminology we use. There is a dead lock, that scares the living hell out of you, dead lock. It is like you walk to the end, you look into the abyss, and the abyss looks back up at you, that is scary stuff. So you want to make people realize that, hey this is like, the end and give them some acceptable reason why this is it, and then you will get action. You'll get action, yeah.
