Right. Hello. So, I'm going to imagine that I'm helping my manager to book an upcoming travel for my team. So, let's start with the test here. We're going to start the last trip I planned and what did I use to plan my primary purpose and what was my budget. So, the last trip I planned was a personal trip, and I used basically Kayak Expedia Orbitz and the American Airlines main site. My primary purpose again was personal, just visit my family. It was a cross-country flight. My budget was, I was trying to keep it under $450 round-trip US around that amount. So, definitely below $500 US round-trip. One information is most important to me when I plan trips. I think the first thing is the flight times, arrival, departure. I live in Los Angeles, so just in terms of traffic patterns, and then the ability whoever is going to be picking me up, if it's a family member, can they pick me up? So, I think the schedule, the landing, departure and arrival times, price is very important. What's not important anymore although it used to be was just getting the lowest price and using whatever airline. Now, I'm pretty much wedded to American and paying more if I need to keep American on a itinerary as opposed to maybe a slightly cheaper flight in different airlines. So, airline will be important in terms of when I planned a trip, price. Airport. Which airport is it? Is it a city where you're dealing with multiple airports like in New York, where there's pros and cons and increase potential costs for some of them compared to others? So, generally, those are the three things; price, the departure, arrival time, and then what airport I'll be arriving or departing out of. Now, I'm going to plan a round-trip from Detroit to Atlanta for my manager for under $250. So, let's go ahead and do this. So, I'm going to go ahead and enter the email address, and that's going to be hipmunkusertest@gmail.com. So, here we go. I don't see a password, so I'm going to go ahead. So, I'm going to be doing Detroit to Atlanta, so this is a round trip. So, let's put this in. So, I'm going to enter in Detroit and look for DTW, Atlanta. We're going to look for ATL. We're looking at January 16th to the 19th. So, let's go ahead. So, this is going to be January. So, this is going to be 19th, and this is going to be the 16th. So, there we go. It's going to be one person because it just my manager and we're looking for under $250. So, let's go ahead and search. I guess I could do the price graph, but let's go ahead. So, here we go. Detroit to Atlanta under $250. So, let's go ahead and select a departure. So, let's go with the lowest one here, and then we're going to do one where I don't want to add. So, we're going to go ahead and book this other one. So, now I'm going to email the itinerary, and let's just take a look here and make sure it's under $250, 114 round-trip Detroit to Atlanta, 16th to the 19th. Yeah, it looks like we're good to go. So, I'm going to go ahead and email this. It looks like I'm not able to email it because it's asking for information. So, I'm going to go ahead and go on to the next. So, I'm going to say that I'm not sure if I completed the task successfully because guys I plan the trip. I didn't see a place where I could email that, and I don't want to go back, but I imagine now that it would've been right where I had, although right after I click book for the second leg of the trip, the return leg. I don't know though. So, I'm going to have to say I'm not sure I completed the entire task successfully. I'm not sure if you're testing to see if I missed something, but I definitely didn't see a place to email only that initial spot where you were on the landing page. Overall, it was very easy. I'd say four. I wouldn't say very easy only because I missed that last step apparently, I don't know where that email option is. But, in terms of the planning the trip, the first thing I'd say is that the grid functionality that Hipmunk has is very powerful. I used it many years ago when it first started. I haven't really used that much since, but this has drawn me back. I think it was very easy to see the time like as I said, what is most important to me, the departure time in the windows that I can book, and then of course the requisite prices as a result. So, overall, the layout, the choice, the selection functionality, and interface is very very easy. I had no problems finding a flight that met my criteria. So, overall, it was easy. I didn't do very easy for the reason I noted. Was information provided not at all clear or very clear? The information provided was very clear in terms of the layout as I said in the interface. So, I would say that the only thing that's not clear to me is how I email the itinerary. Of course, I know I get a copy of the itinerary after I've signed, completed the purchase process. So, that's still I think that's not clear. So, what if any additional information tools or features would have helped me to plan the flight? I would say that there is maybe a sense of seating, how busy your flight is. So, if I had two choices of flights where they were both in my price range, it would be nice to see how busy trend-wise historically are the flights. Meaning, am I going to have a middle seat taken next to me? That kind of idea. So, just the sense of a little bit more detail in the history of the flight, the fraternity departure, the roundtrip, whatever it may be, that would be an interesting tool or feature. I think I say information or feature. I think the sorting process is very easy, I just don't see anything else you can do without cluttering the process of selecting a flight. That's my only concern. So, I don't think you need anything like that. So, now four people from the Chicago office one to attend a conference in New York from January 8 to the 10th. So, what's the cheapest total price of the trip? All right, so let's go back. We're going to go back here to Hipmunk, we go to the main page. So, we're looking for Chicago to New York. So, let's do this round-trip. Let's just go Chicago, and we've got options. Let's just go Chicago and then New York because we'll see multiple airports. We're looking at January 8 to 18th. So, let's go there, and January 8. One person, so let's go ahead, I would expect to get the multiple airports. So, let's look at this. So, we've got what's the cheapest total price? So, we're just waiting here. Again, very easy, search results, very clear and it's still loading. Okay, so right now we're looking at 112 on one leg and let's go with the cheapest. So our cheapest is going to be from 112th. So let's go ahead and select that and just double-check, plus zero, yes. So we're looking at, if I clicked on that we'd see $112.4 That is the cheapest total price for this trip that you've given. So I'm sure I completed that task successfully, no issues there, very clear. The task was very easy. Again guys, I think this the search functionality and the result of the search, is just very clear. It's very intuitive. You pack a lot of information on here in a very clear way which is very impressive. So very easy in terms of a task. Was the information provided not at all clear or very clear? Information provided in terms of results was very clear. I could see airline, departure windows, arrival windows and the price of the trip. Okay. So what if any additional information tools or features where I, would have helped me to plan this flight. So, this flight Chicago to New York. Although I just realized something and I'm going to just make an amend here. This was over four people. So, I going to see if this changes anything. Apologies, let me just go back. So this is going to amend something. So I think additional tools, I can't think of any you've got. Look at all the airlines that are being searched right now, all the different sites. I mean this is as much of an aggregator as you're going to see and frankly I would want to go back and use this. So, I'm just seeing if the number of people changes my prior answer. No, it doesn't. So $112.40, let's select that and then book, yes. So, same thing. But no, I think the additional tools or features, I can't think of anything here. I think everything's there and laid out well. So now my manager wants to join the Chicago team in New York and my office is in Detroit. Susan, she wants to go to London for a week. So finally wants to return to Detroit. So she plans to fly business class. What's the cheapest price for her trip? So let's go back here. So, Detroit to New York. Let's go ahead and do this. So let's go back. This is going to be a multi trips, so we're going to go back. So we want person multi the city. So, Detroit to New York. Let's put in just New York generally and then London for a week and then return to the Detroit. So then we go to New York to London and then she wants to go business class return trip. Okay, and wants to return to Detroit. So, London, Detroit. So let's just put in, is going to be leaving on January, let's say January 8th and then she wants to go to London for a week. This is going to be leaving on the 18th and then we want a whole week. So this is going to be the 25th. We're good to go. So, business class. So one person and let's see how else I can do this. So let's let's go. Well adjust the business class next and look for the cheapest price. Remember this is business class for the entire trip. So I'm going to make a note of that. Okay. So we're going to adjust this to business. So let's go back here and research. So I noticed how I broke it into two steps. I probably didn't need to but I just didn't, I miss the class next to the person, the coach I miss that. So, I don't think it's anything bad in terms of how you've designed it. I just think I missed it. So let's see if we get for the cheapest price. Okay. So we've got $6,694.31. So we've got that set. So that task I'm sure I completed easy. It was very easy as you can see there. I didn't even click through on the second leg although I guess I probably could have, which I'll just do there and just to see if there's any change. But no, same thing. Everything was very clear. The information provided, the search functionality details very clear. So yeah. So what if any additional information tools or features would have helped me to plan this flight? I think the only thing is the class part. I saw the person which I guess because the font is the same color, I miss that business or that coach changed the business. So, maybe somehow, maybe putting that in a different color because right up here where you have this line you can edit. Everything's the same, font color. I think that can be tip and there's a lot of information there, a lot of numbers and letters. So maybe that's what could throw people off like it did me as. So but three words or phrases that are used to describe, remember all experience on hipmunk, are comprehensive, intuitive and organized. So I say comprehensive because there's just so much different factors that you allow us to revise and tweak. It's intuitive because of the way the search functionality and everything is laid out and it just organized well cosmetically. Terms of final thoughts or comments. I don't have any, I'd say this is something that I'm going to start using more of now that I know you're pulling from other aggregators because I've occasionally just use Kayak. But I think this is very helpful and it's very much comprehensive site now that has detail on the flight level, on the overall trip and calendar level. It's really thorough, so customizable. All right, I hope this helps. Thank you.
