Overall, this is a great course for beginners like me. I learnt a lot; however, there are a few trainers who speak way to fast and it does get difficult to pace up and then end up reading the transcript, which is a great help

This course, under the guise of risk management, constitute amore of a compendium of politically correct HR cliches and banalities, starting with ubiquitous 'positive thinking'. It draws a lot on badly digested secondary sources such as (US only, of course, as if it were obvious that only US enforces HR risk regulation and only US-based firms incurred any HR risk) regulation, making a heavy use of such notions as 'potential risk' (as if risk, by definition, was never potential; such expression can be useful when trying to reassure an ignorant audience, but please do not use it any further). The rest is thin and unimaginative, with lots of significant aspects left untouched.

Overly verbose and incredibly repetitive. It is too US-centric. There are often mistakes in the quizzes, including having all invalid options, syntax errors, and having the solution as one of the options: “Correct! The solution is…”

Coursera has a shameless support team in the world, rather they are fraudser. They will deduct money but not issue a specialization certificate even if you complete all the courses. Pathetic and frustrating experience with them
