Very well structured for a refresher course. Thank you Professor Ghrist for your effort in putting this course together. A little additional outside research was required but well worth the effort.

Excellent introduction to Calculus, I wanted to review the material to tutor my child but I am very happy that I learned a whole new way of looking at Calculus.
Thank you so much Prof. Ghrist.

the course is for those who already know calculus and looking for some more challenges. If you are new in this area you better take some basic courses, not this one.

Great course, but I think that Calculus One (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calculus_One) is even beter. I found it more comprehensible.

Nice course but some concepts should be presented with a slower speed and a more in depth construction

Taylor series is not important. I miss derivate, integral and more about limits and functions.

Easy if you consider the fact that I learned the proper definition of the limit before differentiation and before (of course) any presentation of the Taylor series, with the proper integral rest of course, french mathematical education is not that bad after all.

Information is high level but the homework is more detailed. Needed to find supplemental information to complete coursework. Found Kahn Academy to be more useful

Calculus isn't that LONG!! you can divide it into 2 courses, not 4, namely single- and multi- variable(s).

The 15 minute videos only skim over the topics. If you don't have the basic math or have forgotten it, you will be wasting your time with this course. Additionally, there is no pdf support. Exercises that are not at all related to the examples given in the course. An example: you are asked for the Taylor series (yes, this course only talks about that) of the "sec" function without this function having been presented in the course. These exercises will require a lot of tedious calculation effort which will provide you with little additional knowledge. Imagine that you were asked to manually divide decimal numbers: what would you do? I bet you would use a calculator... Do the same with these exercises. I give 1 point because the guy is well dressed

How can a professor, who is genius at Calculus, fail so badly at simple logic? I will quote him, "In order to success at this [calculus course], you must know basic calculus." What the heck is that supposed to mean? How can a class be its own prerequisite? DO NOW WASTE YOUR TIME!
